- Step 1: Download or get the application form from your nearest MEPCO office.

Required Documents for Uploading
Make sure to upload scanned copies of the following documents, with each file size under 50 KB.
Proof of Ownership: You can submit documents like:
- Registry
- Actual Farred
- Baynama
- Allotment letter (if it applies to a housing colony)
- An Oath Commissioner, Notary Public, or Class One Officer must fully attest these documents.
Applicant’s Undertaking: This statement confirms there is no existing electricity connection at the location and no outstanding payments. It must be on stamp paper, following the format available at the concerned office, and be attested by an Oath Commissioner.
Power of Attorney (if needed): If there are multiple owners, a power of attorney is necessary. This must be attested and allow the applicant to act on behalf of the other owners.
No Objection Certificate (for tenants): Tenants must provide a NOC from the property owner, which must be on stamp paper and attested by an Oath Commissioner.
